The latest house models are here.

Swisshaus is setting new building trends and offering the ideal solution for hillside locations with the Puris Cliva house model.

We have expanded our product portfolio, following the architectural spirit of the age with innovative ideas. Discover the highlights of our latest house models:

Altea Vista – The classical house idea with a panoramic view

This classical house idea features top-drawer details and comfortable living. French windows open up the house to the garden and lend a touch of lightness and elegance to the living area. Passing by the guest room, visitors enter the light-filled living and dining area. Upstairs there are three large bedrooms and a spacious family bedroom.

Conviva and Conviva Grande – The modern two-generation houses

The Convivas are two-generation houses that are cleverly divided into one larger and one smaller apartment. Both apartments benefit from direct access to the garden. The modern design creates especially airy and spacious living spaces. While one party enjoys easy-access living on the ground floor, a family with children has room to grow over two storeys. A large, partly covered terrace upstairs is the ideal place to go to relax. The Conviva Grande provides even more rooms and space.

Doppia Grande – The two-family house with twin apartments

A variant of the Doppia two-family house, the Doppia Grande offers more space, an additional room and a guest toilet. The two single-storey 4½-room apartments have identical designs and are suitable for both parties living separately from each other and a multi-generational scenario. The modern architecture allows for large rooms without sloping ceilings. Each living unit also boasts a covered patio or balcony and its own cellar and laundry room.

Gentilia Grande – The efficient two-generation house with large rooftop terrace

This two-generation house allows families to live in 5½ rooms over two floors. An easy-access 2½-room apartment has enough space for the older generation or grown-up children. The Gentilia models are particularly cheap to maintain as both parties share the central heating. Nonetheless, the installed soundproofing complies with the regulations for two separate apartments, allowing everyone to enjoy their own personal realm. Just as well conceived is the large gallery on the top floor leading to a 26sqm terrace. A light-filled bay completes the open-plan room concept.

Kala Grande – The spacious, country-style dream house

A house with style and presence. With net living space of over 200sqm, the Kala Grande meets raised expectations for living in comfort. The cleverly angled layout unites spaciousness and comfort – from the basement right through to the attic. Invite your guests out onto the sun-drenched garden terrace or entertain them in your impressive living room. The Kala Grande is where your dreams find a home.

Puris Cliva – The house on the hillside

This ingenious house idea is specially designed to make best use of a hillside location to create generous living space. Featuring an open-plan eat-in kitchen and an additional room on the ground floor, the Puris Cliva comes into its own on the first floor with three further rooms and a large family bathroom. The partially floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of light to penetrate the house and open up the uncovered patio in the garden. The Puris Cliva is the ideal house for hillside properties.

Sigma – The modern, extravagant villa

The exclusive villa with an airy layout gives you plenty of daylight. The modern S-line in the architecture sets an example for individualists. Living, eating and cooking take place on the large ground floor. A spacious hall complete with cloakroom is complemented by an office/guest bedroom and shower/WC. The covered patio surrounds the house, providing space to enjoy the fresh air. Upstairs, this extravagant home impresses with four bedrooms, two wetrooms and a large, covered balcony. The Sigma is the aggregation of modernity, style and quality of life.

Triana – The three-storey single-family house with an attic

The Triana model is a large three-storey house with an unconventional layout. The whole ground floor accommodates a large living/dining room complete with an open-plan kitchen. The direct access to the covered patio veritably invites you to dine outdoors. The top floor offers plenty of space for all members of the family to grow, with four bedrooms, a large bathroom and a balcony.

The highlight is the open-plan attic floor featuring a master bedroom and its own ensuite. The light-filled gallery and master bedroom lead out on to the breathtaking terrace.
